This track came to life in a collaborative project with videographer Sam Flammang / wild living things.
Rhythm and tone of a greenhouse called forest. From swiping your hands through the foliage to dipping your nose into the first spring breeze. A spectrum of greenery, a reverie of emerald, from the tiniest bud to the largest tree crown, a whispering, a call, an invitation. Come closer, watch, then leave again, with nothing but a taste, a scent, fading slowly away in your memories.
In a creative experiment two artists met: Inspiring music creation through an image, inspiring video through a composition - the result is a symbiotic visual piece reflecting on a specific theme and on the roles of image and sound, constantly moving, feeding on each other.

Influenced by post-dubstep, lo-fi house, and trip-hop, 1five1’s sound draws from iconic outfits like Portishead, even as she completely pushes her own distinctive beats and textures into sophisticated spaces beyond those original inspirations. Bandcamp Album of the Day Dec 13, 2018
